  1. Products can be exchanged if there is a quality problem. If you have had your product for less than a year, please contact us for replacement parts for your registered warranty item at cs@babyletto.asia. For products over a year old, we would be glad to help you as well; please contact us so that we may help resolve the issue.
  2. Refund policy is not available.
  3. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new, clean condition and must be followed by our exchange policy below. 
  4. Babyletto.asia reserves the right for final decision.

 

BABYLETTO.ASIA EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of receipt for all eligible* items provided that the product has quality problem.  To exchange a product, please follow the below Babyletto.asia Return Policy, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our MDB representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

 

BABYLETTO.ASIA RETURN POLICY

Eligible* items purchased from Babyletto.asia may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.


To obtain a RMA# please email cs@babyletto.asia provide the following information:

1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request

Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.

** For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund minus the above restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
